The aim of the work was to substantiate forecast epidemiological and epizootiological situation in natural foci plague Russian Federation, countries near far abroad for year 2021. Characteristics distribution Yersinia pestis strains main subspecies (subspecies ) medieval antique biovars, Caucasian (ssp. caucasica central Asian asiatica by 45 CIS are presented paper. persistence a multidirectional trend dynamics epizootic activity with circulation Y. biovar 2.MED1 phylogenetic branch 0.ANT5, 4.ANT branches current decade has been outlined. For development epizootics is predicted Gorno-Altai highland Tuva mountain caused Altai Central 0.PE4a Republic Kazakhstan, there high probability preserving North Aral, Aral-Karakum, Balkhash, Mojynkum, Taukum desert Ili intermountain 2.MED1. Kyrgyz Republic, 0.ANT5 Sarydzhaz Upper Naryn high-mountain substantiated. A epidemic risk manifestations highly virulent biovars entire territory noted. relevance implementing forecasts into practice, taking account molecular-genetic characteristics circulating areas expected plague, highlighted.
